The LEARN project was displayed at the booth of its partner MANN+HUMMEL during FILTECH 2023, an international filtration conference and exhibition which was celebrated from February 14th to 16th in Cologne, Germany.
FILTECH is the largest and most important filtration show worldwide. This year, it featured a major international conference and more than 440 exhibitors.
One of them was LEARN’s partner MANN+HUMMEL, a leading global company in filtration technology for cleaner mobility, cleaner air, and cleaner water. Apart from these solutions, its booth in FILTECH displayed the LEARN project, together with the two other Horizon Europe projects in which it is taking part.
- K-HEALTHinAIR, which aims to increase knowledge about indoor air pollutants affecting human health and to provide solutions for more accurate monitoring and improvement of indoor air quality. It belongs to the IDEAL cluster, together with LEARN.
- AeroSolfd, which aims to deliver affordable, adaptable and environmentally friendly retrofit solutions to reduce tailpipe and brake emissions and air pollution in closed environments.
It is expected that the LEARN project will present its goals, activities and results in future editions of the FILTECH Conference. Keep track of our events section!
The LEARN project is a Horizon Europe project meant to monitor and evaluate indoor air quality at schools around Europe and its impact on children’s health. Our main goal is to develop and deploy novel sensors that can detect possibly harmful air pollutants, as well as advanced biosensors and optimised air remediation strategies.
